Kelly Young, Pretreatment Coordinator

The Pretreatment program, a division of the Water and Sewer Utilities department, is charged with protecting the wastewater treatment and collection system of the City of Jacksonville. The Pretreatment program both monitors and regulates the industrial pretreatment program and commercial grease waste.  To view our Pretreatment Program Handbook, click here.

The Pretreatment Coordinator for the City of Jacksonville is Kelly Young. His office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
